House, two barns, swimming pool and land near Prayssac in the Lot, France

Small complex with renovated three bedroom house, partly renovated barn with full plans, one other barn on own plot, swimming pool and a total of 15 hectares of land in La Masse near Prayssac

The end of our dream has sadly come due to unforeseen parental problems.

We have a small complex in La Masse near Prayssac in the Lot region of France.

The three bedroom house is converted and has a lovely salon with wood burner and evier, kitchen, downstairs shower room, and large cave.

The pool is complete and there is a large barn that has full planning and listed building consent for conversion. Also several thousand pounds worth of architects drawings.

There is also a former bread oven which houses the pool room and would make a double bedroom.

We planned to live in the Barn which has had a good deal of work started and let the rest of the buildings which are worth £1,000+ per week in season.

There is quite a lot of land with the property (15 hectares), but not adjoining and in over 20 parcels. One large plot has a derelict barn with water / electricity nearby.
