The frame appears to have been blasted and sprayed before conversion. It's bolted together at the top. I'm not sure how it is in the ground yet.

Porcelain tiles downstairs and laminate upstairs. All included in the sale, but unsure of how many tiles may be usable. They may come up, maybe not.

All insulation / floor tiles / laminate / brickwork / roof / gutters and whatever else is saveable is included. Basically, the entire building minus the foundation slab.

Everything included to rebuild as is, on a suitable foundation.

It would make an amazing workshop / garage and I would love to keep it, but we need the space.

Currently still standing, but due to come down soon. I would rather take it down with somewhere for it to go, but it will be coming down, either way.
