We have five converted barns to let on our 65 acre Warwickshire farm which is situated five miles north of Warwick town and set in rolling countryside with easy motorway access to the M40, M42, M6, M5, M1 motorways.

Birmingham International Airport and Train Station along with the new Warwick Parkway Station are approximatety 20 minutes away.

The barns vary in sizes from a one up one down to a large 4 bedroom two sitting room conversion.

The barns are let on Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreements, six months being the minimum letting term.

Some of the barns have garden areas or patios and others are low maintenance and have parking areas.

There are optional equestrian facilities on site by separate arrangement.
