We custom build each listing for you - all you need supply is a description and up to five photos. And that's it! Nothing more to pay. No hidden fees or commissions.

A Home Information Pack is now a legal requirement and you cannot market a property without one unless it is exempt (unconverted barns are exempt). Home Information Packs currently only apply to properties for sale in England and Wales (in Scotland you will require a Home Report and in Northern Ireland only an Energy Performance Certificate). Fill in our one page property listing form as fully as possible - you will find it here. We need to know your contact details (both for our use only and those you wish to appear with your listing), some information about the property to be listed and a description of the property (up to 500 words)

Send us up to five photos
Once you have completed the property listing form, the next step is to illustrate your listing with photographs. Your listing can have up to five photographs - you will find details of how to send photographs to us either by e-mail or by post here.

Pay for your listing online or by post
You can pay for your listing online using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch and Solo credit or debit card. All payments are processed securely through Paypal (you do not need a Paypal account), meaning that we are never given access to any of your credit card details. Paypal simply notify us when your payment has been processed.
