Here for sale is my beloved converted barn, converted a few years ago and set in the Dartmoor National Park, Devon.

The barn is single storey with a large loft running the whole length of the property.

Outside

There is parking for 2-3 cars, a maintenance free gravelled outside area and an attached copse (small wood) which would make a great garden.

Kitchen - just been refitted with a solid oak kitchen and slate kitchen floor. There is an inglenook fireplace in the kitchen with wood burner. It has central heating / combi boiler, integrated fridge/dishwasher, exposed stonework.

Lounge - good sized lounge with a recently laid solid oak floor. Plasma TV on the wall over the stone fireplace.

Location

The barn is located in the Dartmoor National Park, at a place called Dean Prior.

There are no neighbours and probably only two or three cars a day pass the lane that only has this barn in.

Good access to the A38 too. Surrounded by fields and your copse!

The barn is for holiday use / let only, though there is NO RESTRICTION to the amount of time you can stay there as your second home.

Can be let out or used for your own personal use
