BARN ONE - THE NEW BARN

The New Barn (Barn one) as it is now and plans of east elevation |
The New Barn, (Barn One) the ‘main barn’, is shown above and has planning permission for conversion to a large, three bedroom, family home.
Offers invited around £130K
BARN TWO - THE OLD BARN SOLD SSTC

The Old Barn ( Barn Two), is shown above |
The Old Barn is very much older than the main barn, probably dating back to the mid 18th century. It has been much added to and modified in its long life and was at various times used as byre, granary, butcher’s shop and sausage factory. This barn has planning permission for conversion to a three bedroom, family home.
Part of this conversion of the Old Barn is formed out of the adjoining corner of the New Barn, giving a remarkable, beamed, corner feature, providing a really large living space
Offers invited around £80K
