The Chestnuts farm, one of the oldest building in Burton upon Trent, was refurbished to consist of nine barn houses, the original farmhouse (Grade II listed) and a plot of land for a further barn or as gardens for the farmhouse spread together over 1.37 acres of land.
A cobble stoned well lit road to be named Chestnuts Drive leads into the newly redeveloped farm and each barn is named after a tree. Ample parking is well spaced out and you notice just how unique it feels the moment you walk into the farm. The bricks with which they were built are reclaimed, the window openings are as before, and even the old brick designs have been recreated to how they originally stood.
There is a "uniqueness within its own uniqueness" within the development; the unique farm development consisting of individually unique homes. Each barn house has different eye catching features and each one will impress you in its own special way. All barns are either two or three bedrooms. All barns also have fully integrated, full fitted modern kitchens including washing machines, fridge/freezers and dishwashers.
