Kentish Barn which has had a variety of uses including, upholstery

The Barn
The barn is on two levels with a slate roof. The floor area is approx 1,100
sq foot.
It is of predominantly timber construction with some brickwork and is clad in
traditional weatherboard. There is a toilet
attached and an office attachment to the side.
Outbuildings
Adjacent to the barn is an underground air raid
shelter which we believe to be 20' x 6' but we have never
explored.
There is also an additional outbuilding 24' x 10'.
The Land
The barn is set on a plot of approximately one acre of level land and has hard standing for vehicles.
There is an additional superb well fenced hillside paddock of approx eight acres, plus about one acre of woodland which are available by separate negotiation.
