BARN, UPPER FENEMERE FARM, MYDDLEWOOD, BASCHURCH, SHROPSHIRE
DESCRIPTION
The Barn is a most interesting period building of sandstone and brick construction situated in a super rural location. It is currently attached to a neighbouring barn but has planning permission for conversion into a detached unit extending to approximately 1700 sqft.
The property has the benefit of full planning permission for conversion. Detailed plans are available for inspection if required. The planning permission granted is for a very well designed property to include a kitchen / dining room, utility room, living room, study, bedroom two, bedroom three and family bathroom on the ground floor together with a first floor master bedroom with en-suite.
The property will have the benefit of a parking area to the front together with a side garden and a rear yard area. The sale of the Barn at Upper Fenemere Farm does, therefore, provide a very rare opportunity indeed to acquire such a superbly situated barn with full planning permission for a very attractive conversion of which approximately 20% is new build.
A closer inspection is strongly recommended of the property to appreciate the possibilities it has to offer.
