A 200 year old oak frame barn located just off the A1 in Cambridgeshire, arranged in four bays with some original brickwork, generally in good condition and ready to be dismantled by the vendor

Rare oak frame
The oak frame is at least 200 years old. The beams average over 200mm square, are
jointed with wooden dowls and inscribed with Roman numerals and in generally good condition.
The four bays are approx 12ft are 16ft wide, (17ftx 50ft externally). The height is about 12ft. One upright is missing and another in poor condition.
A brick plinth runs around some of the bays, with timber on top. One end wall is of original brick work. The other end has rough sawn oak planks internally.
There are no roof beams and the external cladding is modern.
We can dismantle.
Just off the A1 jct 15 in Cambs.
The modern tin roof blew off on 01.03.08 but up to then it had been water tight.
