At the T junction with the B1145 turn left proceed for about 1/2 mile taking the second turning right immediately past the public house into New Road.
Continue for 400 yards and at the junction with Church Lane bear left. A further 400 yards, turn left into Tittleshall Road and after a further 1/2 mile the property will be found on the left hand side with a 'For Sale' board erected for ease of identification - and located behind Wicken Farm.
