Oak framed French barn for sale - to be dismantled and removed by the buyer.
The barn has two attached garages, which are also oak framed.
All the oak is in good condition and can be disassembled quite easily as the construction is mostly pegged together. The slate roof is quite sound and leak proof.
Sizes
Size of oak framed barn is about 17 metres (long) x 7 metres (wide). (Sizes are very approximate). When placed on a brick plinth there is ample space for a first floor.
Sizes of attached garages are 3.5 metres (wide) x 5 metres (long), and 3 metres (wide) x 4 metres (long). Single storey only. (Sizes are very approximate).
