EX83NZ Phone: 01395 263704 Email: davidvash@btinternet.com Having recently completed several barn conversions, and the renovations of listed buildings, as well as more ordinary properties, I would be very enthusiastic to assist an owner developer looking for someone with experience and drive to project manage and work "hands on" on their development. I have a good spread of building skills from joinery to roofing, underfloor heating to tiling. I also have an extensive contacts list, with an emphasis on traditional skills, and sensible pay rates. I have a degree, and a level 4 diploma in house inspection which gives me a good back ground in house design / contruction types / materials / planning requirements / building control expectations / thermal efficiency / eco measures etc. I am easy going ,and would be quite prepared to assist in the planning and costing of any project. I believe the bottom line in most developments is cost, and towards that end I have many creative solutions to high quality work and finishes at a reasonable cost and would myself be prepared to work at very reasonable rates. I have extensive photographs of past work, and also can provide letters of refernce from past customers.
